What If You Had Three Million Dollars

Daniel talks constantly.  I mean NONSTOP.   Tonight he couldn't stop asking me silly questions like, "What if 3 million dollars fell out of the sky and landed on your doorstep and then you got a letter saying "Congratulations.  You just won a million dollars?"  Mom and I did our best to answer his questions.  Daniel's brain is even more hyperactive than mine is.  

When I walked over to visit Mom and Dad tonight, I found this...

It warms my heart to see how close these two are.

Laura and Daniel both went to day camp at a local park today.  Apparently they both went fishing.  A squirrel named George ate Daniel's Goldfish crackers (which he informed me are a snack with a face) and he saw a frog named Fred.  He also complained that the other kids picked "How to Train Your Dragon 2" as the movie to watch and he didn't like it.  Daniel informed me that Dragons are boring and he just wanted to watch The Incredibles again.  I'm sure Laura had a good time as well however every time I asked her about it she answered me with "swimming pool".  

Blossom still thinks she is a goat or a cow.  She sat down and ate some weeds for me.  

And, who knows what Balto is thinking?

Scott is contemplating getting a pool put in again but, time will tell.  We had a man come out to talk about it before but Scott changed his mind.  I'll be SHOCKED if he decides to go through with it.  If he does, bring your suit, you're invited.  

I love summer nights.  I'm sitting on the porch listening to the sound of the fountain splashing and the cicadas singing while I blog.  Wait, add listening to the rolling thunder as well.  (Good timing!)  I'm going to sit back and wait for the Lightning Bug show to start.
