Well, we survived the first week with Blossom and all is well. 

You wouldn't know it from these pictures but Blossom is NOT "low key" or "mellow" as her description read on Petfinder.  She is ALL puppy. 

I can't really show you a picture of "wild" Blossom because it would be too blurry. 

Yesterday mom supervised while I made her famous chocolate chip cookies for the first time.  Blossom stood between us for most of the mixing and measuring.  After a while, she realized we weren't going to give her anything so she took a nap.  She's good at taking naps. 

This week:  Blossom gets a fence!  They were supposed to finish the fence last week but their "shipment" did not arrive like promised.  I won't hold my breath.  

Also this week:  Laura (my niece) and Kevin (my brother) have a birthday.  I really, really have to go shopping.
