It has been a busy week. At the moment, I'm getting ready to walk out the door to take my dad to the doctor. He fell and hurt his foot. I will let you know how that goes.
My nephew, Daniel, had a health scare last week as well. Turns out it was a bladder infection. He is on the mend now and hopefully, that will be the end of it. Also, he got glasses on Friday. He will have to wear them all of the time. He was so excited to be able to see....funny how you don't realize you aren't seeing properly until you get glasses (when you need them!). He kept taking them off and looking around and then putting them back on. Kevin said Daniel said, "Daddy, look at the stars!"
And, after about 18 years....we got a new couch. The dogs seem to like it.
Up next: Balto has been sick - again. Report from Dad's doctor visit. Side note: Mom is at the doctor this morning too.
There seems to be no end of excitement in your life, what with one health scare after another! Daniel looks very mature in his glasses. Now he can see all the things he's been missing. The new couch is nice and looks like it will be easy to take care of, which is a big plus in my book.
