Samantha made a friend with a kitty that had lost an eye. I think they called him "Arrow" but I will know for sure when they post his photo on their web page. Update: His name is "Aros". They said that when they rescued him, one of his eyes was so badly infected it had to be removed. He can see a little bit out of the side of his other eye but it has a bad ulcer on the front. This kitty was so friendly and wanted to play with Sam the whole time. She tried to talk me into bringing him home. It would have been so easy...
Fun fact about this kitty, he is polydactyl.
We didn't come home with a cat but, we weren't empty-handed. We bought t-shirts!
Mac Tabby Cat Cafe with sweet friends was a fun way to spend a Black Friday.
How cool! I've only seen cafes like this on TV. (If you get a chance, check out "My Cat From Hell" with Jackson Galaxy on Animal Planet.) I honestly can't understand how you came home without a cat. It seems there were several beautiful and mellow felines to choose from. Maybe bring Scott with you next time and see if he warms up to the idea of another cat.
